i found the location very convenient, close to the train station and other attractions. the room had tea and coffee making facilities, a real bonus. the staff were friendly, and the food choices were good, with plenty available. i appreciated the large, well-equipped bedroom.
The bed wasn't great. The mattress seemed dated. there also were not enough conveniently placed electrical sockets. i really needed one near the bedside to charge my phone overnight.

I had a twin room, accessible. The beds were comfortable. The location was CENTRAL for the shops. The hotel charged £18 for parking. It covered midday to midday. This allowed us time to see attractions before and after check-in.

mixed experience. some issues noted

old hairdryerunavailable chargers
the hairdryer was old. it clearly had not been serviced in quite a while. the lowest setting tripped the thermal cutout quickly and the highest setting was not much better. it was impossible to clear the mirror of steam. the electrical sockets were across the room from the bed. there were no usb chargers.
